By accessing or using WinGo Lucky ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on WinGo Lucky. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension of all accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All deposits are processed via UPI and must be approved by our team within 24 hours. Withdrawals require a minimum balance of ₹200 and are processed within 2–5 business days. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
All game results are generated fairly. In the case of technical issues or errors, WinGo Lucky reserves the right to void bets. Winnings are credited to your wallet automatically upon settlement.
Users may not engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, or any other activities that violate these Terms. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
We encourage responsible gaming. Set limits on your spending and take breaks. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help and consider self-exclusion from the Platform.
WinGo Lucky is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, or unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
